Amazing customer service. Recommend them for any issues...with your water...whether your equipment was purchased by them or another company. Called looking for some assistance with my water system...had called several businesses but would not look at my system due to not purchased by them. Have sulfur in my water. Jim spent almost 3 hours explaining the system I had, how it worked and fixed my problem at no charge, simple fix. I've had the system for about 7 years but never really understood how it worked. Will be using Ecowater when I upgrade and get a softener.
