I recently moved into my new home, not knowing anything the last people had left for me or the state. ran into a few issues, and just out of nowhere Jim helped me, all through random conversation the day before. He came over and resolved my issue in no time and gave me the time to educate me about certain things my softener/pumps were doing, what I should do for the future and what to avoid. I cant explain enough how much relief i feel after a week of dread, and he fixed it all in minutes. cant thank Jim/Eco Water enough. I will be recommending them to people in the future, and they will be my first call when i have questions or any issues.

Very helpful, not like some unnamed others. I had occasion to replace an old softener, did so and had Ecowater set me up. The service was great, quick and courteous, the servicemen took time to explain the finer details. Left me with suggestions to ensure we were satisfied for now, and in the future. Kathy was so helpful and provided me with instruction on how to change the UV light myself! She then provided me with a step by step procedure on how to flush and sterilize the water lines. Im very impressed with her knowledge and her willingness to provide information. I’ll definitely be returning!

Jim (boss man) who runs this store is very well educated in the whole water world. He came to our place and not only diagnosed the issue, and fixed it. He also showed me how to do it all. Very smart man, easy to talk to and he's glad to teach you.. I will forever call this guy if I have any water questions, if your thinking of calling, stop, just call. Great service is not common and this guy has great service!

Amazing customer service. Recommend them for any issues with your water...whether your equipment was purchased by them or another company. Called looking for some assistance with my water system...had called several businesses but would not look at my system due to not purchased by them. Have sulfur in my water. Jim spent almost 3 hours explaining the system I had, how it worked and fixed my problem at no charge, simple fix. I've had the system for about 7 years but never really understood how it worked. Will be using Ecowater when I upgrade and get a softener. Christine

Several years ago Jim helped us install a new softener and filtration system for our well water. It really put our minds at ease as they come to service it every year.
