I recently moved into my new home, not knowing anything the last people had left for me or the state. ran into a few issues, and just out of nowhere Jim helped me, all through random conversation the day before. He came over and resolved my issue in no time and gave me the time to educate me about certain things my softener/pumps were doing, what I should do for the future and what to avoid. I cant explain enough how much relief i feel after a week of dread, and he fixed it all in minutes. cant thank Jim/Eco Water enough. I will be recommending them to people in the future, and they will be my first call when i have questions or any issues.
